Our Quality.

One single export décor grade unless sold as budget or garden grade or lucky dip second quality. All product is hand pressed and glazed and fired in wood kilns, variations in glaze quality are normal and enhance the unique nature of the product.

Packing.

We can loose pack, bundle pack, pallet pack or mixed pack, with bar-coding etc. 20 foot or 40 foot containers to any country

Delivery.

Confirmed orders can be packed at short notice when stock is available . The logon area does show items and glaze colours most likely stocked . No deposit is required for established customers.Special orders and goods that need to be made can take up to 6-8 weeks to ship.

Shipping.

Please advise your preferred shipper and ship to address only with each shipment. Port details are between you and your shipper as we sell FOB. All costs and responsibility after FOB are your care. Details regarding shipment, pack dates and contents are sensitive information between 4seas and you the customer. Your shipper should always contact you directly for this information.

Responsibility.

We remain responsible for customer satisfaction at all times, however our control of the container ends at FOB. Damage and breakage in transit are beyond our control after this time. Insurance should be arranged in the consignee country if this is an issue. Under normal freight conditions there is nil or negligible breakage.

Paperwork:

Invoicing and shipping documents are arranged through our Vietnam Representative Office: 4 Seas Ceramics Ltd.
A pre –shipment proforma is sent for reconfirmation before shipment takes place.
'Contents as packed' Invoices are faxed immediately after shipments
All invoices quote FOB price and are in EUR currency .
Documentation fees are included in FOB price for shipment valued over 1,961.72 EUR. If under 1,961.72 EUR a contribution charge to shipping costs up to of 179.82 EUR. is added .

Payment:

In exchange for shipping documents. Commercial Invoice, bill of Lading, and all shipping documents are couriered to the notify party on proof of payment.
